You can't spell "heart" without "art" and ever since I was a little girl, no matter what medium I was using, I always expressed my passion through art. I was also pretty passionate about cake...especially chocolate! Growing up, I couldn't wait for my birthday to come so we could have a party. Back then we didn't have much money so I would start planning months in advance to make it great with what little we had. One thing was for sure, the party always needed a matching cake to complete the celebration! Thanks to Strawberry Shortcake, Easy Bake Ovens, (and a very patient Mom and grandma) I learned from a young age to combine heart, art, and cakes into a recipe for chasing my dreams. As I grew, I was blessed with more remarkable role models that continued to inspire me to craft not just beautiful and delicious cakes but to also give care to the ingredients used to create a nostalgic and personal experience for any occasion. The dream to bring this joy to others and help celebrate their special occasions has been such a gift and true life calling.

Let's talk flavor and design! All of my creations are custom-made to your specifications. Large or small, classic or extravagant, together, we can create the cake you're craving! Sometimes coming up with design ideas can be overwhelming. If you wish, I am happy to take over creative control. I work confidently with fondant, gum paste, edible prints/paints, modeling chocolate and buttercream. In addition, some of my cakes include gluten, dairy, egg or nut free options, as well as sugar substitutions for those who are diabetic or insulin resistant.
Each cake is unique and comes in different themes, shapes, sizes, flavors and fillings. For this reason, each cake is priced to meet your specific needs. The information below will help you get an idea of flavor combinations and pricing however, contacting me to discuss the specifics of your dream cake will give you an accurate quote.
These cakes are 5 inch, 1 tier round cakes for your sweet baby's 1st birthday celebration or photoshoot. They are made up of two cake layers and 1 filling. They stand 4 inches tall and provide approximately 6 servings.
These cakes can be for any occasion such as a small birthday, retirement, graduation, baby shower or just a nice dessert for a dinner party. They are 7 inch round cakes made up of two cake layers and 1 filling. (Or the layers can be torted to create 4 layers with more filling) They stand 4-5 inches tall and provide approximately 8 servings.
These cakes bring the "WOW" can be 2 stacked tiers or a "barrel style" and usually provide 25+ servings. The theme, flavors and fillings are all customizable. These cakes can come in 2 round stacked tiers of a either a 5 inch tier over a 7 inch tier, a 6 inch tier over an 8 inch tier or a 7 inch tier over a 9 inch tier. Depending on the size you choose these cakes can provide 25-35 servings.
These cakes can be simple to extravagant, have one flavor or several and be made in any style you desire up to 6 tiers. Your wedding cake may be the most important cake you ever have so please feel free to discuss the cake of your dreams in detail with me. These sophisticated mini cakes are perfectly sized and packaged to grab and get back out on the dance floor! They are available in the same flavor profile as my custom cakes and can also be designed to match your theme, wedding cake or wedding colors and flowers.
Who can resist these cute nummies!? My cupcakes, like my cakes, can be made in several flavors and decorated to match the colors or theme you need. There is a limit of two flavors per dozen.
My cakes can be made in many different flavors. Some of my most popular cakes are yellow, white, vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, carrot, strawberry, black forest, Churro/caramel, spice, lemon, almond, wedding, italian cream, oreo and confetti.

As far as icings, frostings and fillings go, my most popular are elite white, vanilla, chocolate or caramel buttercream, cream cheese flavor, cinnamon, oreo, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, raspberry jams or compotes and lemon curd. Fresh fruit can also be added in the filling or as decor on the outside of your cake.
Gum paste is a soft and pliable sugar dough made from sugar, water, and Gum-tex powder for added stability and strength. Unlike fondant, gum paste dries completely hard. It’s perfect for creating intricate cake decorations like roses, daisies, and other flowers.
Fondant is an edible sugar dough made from sugar, water, gelatin, and glycerol. Some cake artists make it using marshmallows. It is more versatile than gum paste and doesn’t dry hard. Both can be easily customized with food coloring.
*Vegan, low carb, gluten free or other allergen modified cakes will incur an additional cost of $5 per dozen cupcakes and/or each cake tier for alternate ingredients.
I do not bake in a dedicated nut-free facility and cannot 100% guarantee no cross contamination, however special precaution is taken for special nut-free orders. I sterilize my equipment and wrap implements to separate them from other orders. in addition, I use imitation almond flavoring in my baking and buttercream icing, so if you smell almond, rest assured it's nut free.
My gluten free cakes are available in the following flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, lemon and confetti. These are made with rice flour, tapioca starch, whey, butter, baking powder, corn starch, baking soda, sea salt and xanthan gum. All of my buttercream icings, including chocolate, and fruit fillings are also gluten free.
*Cake contains milk and eggs.
My vegan cake is available in chocolate and vanilla, and is made with the following ingredients:
all purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, coconut oil, plant milk-typically almond milk, vanilla extract, white vinegar, sea salt and water. (no eggs/dairy/butter)
Vegan icing options are: dairy free vanilla icing or chocolate icing. These vegan options contain gluten.
Eggs, dairy, corn/bi-products and rice may be used depending on what you order. Most flavor extracts contain a small amount of alcohol as this is how they are produced. If you have any other allergen concerns, please let me know and I will do my best to accomidate your needs or help you find a cake maker who can.
My low-carb and sometimes keto friendly cakes are made with ingredients like almond flour, cassava flour, potato starch, whey protein, corn fiber, butter, MCT oils, alternative milk like almond or oat, cacao powder, eggs, and other ingredients. The sugar substitutes I often use are erythritol, stevia, allulose, monk fruit sweetener and if needed, sucralose brown sugar substitute.
I use the brands Americolor, Wilton and Chef Master to color my cake, candy, icings, fillings and fondant or gum paste when needed.
